Return and exchange

We hope that you will be satisfied with our service and products, but if for any reason the product you purchased is not suitable for you, please contact us to discuss the details of an exchange or return.

Return within 14 days

The product can be returned within 14 days from the moment of purchase in accordance with the Law of Ukraine.

Conditions for returning goods

We will refund you for the purchased product or exchange it for any other product, subject to the following conditions:

• the product has not been used and has no traces of scratches, chips, etc.;
• its commercial appearance, seals, labels, integrity of packaging are preserved;
• saved settlement document issued to the buyer together with the sold goods;
• the product is also subject to return or exchange if it has a manufacturing defect;

Payment for the return shipment of the product upon return

Please note that when returning the goods, the buyer pays for sending (returning) the goods to us.

Cash back

Refunds are made by transferring funds to a bank card (all bank details must be indicated: your full name, account IBAN, MFI and bank name, etc.) within 7 days after we receive and check the returned goods.

Application for return

To process the return, please fill out the return application (located on the back of the sales receipt) and hand it over to the delivery service together with the product.

Product replacement

The exchange of the product for another takes place only after receiving and checking the returned product.
